Description
This is an attorney discipline case. Appellee, the Commission for Lawyer Discipline (the "Commission"), initiated a disciplinary action against appellant, Zerrie L. Hines, and the case was tried in the 127th District Court of Harris County. The trial court: (1) found that appellant had violated Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct 1.03(a), 1.03(b), and 1.15(d), (2) ordered that he be given a public reprimand, and (3) ordered him to pay $1,000 in attorneys fees. By two issues, appellant contends: (1) the trial court erred in denying his "no evidence" motion for summary judgment, and (2) the evidence is factually and legally insufficient to support the trial courts judgment. We affirm.
